Started the body work, actually our friend Ray did.Sanding everything and fixing the join seams. There are definitely quality control problems in the molds. A few of the parts were not shaped properly and we even found a hole in the fiberglass at the front of the body that, if not fixed, would have cracked through.
We filled in the front emblem to create a smooth look.
The lower fog lights will be converted to air intake ducts for the front brakes.
The hood louvers will be filled with the ones from vraptorspeedworks as well as the front grill
The underside has been coated with Second Skin Spectrum using a undercoating gun
The same Second Skin Spectrum has been used on the entire underside of the body
Extra has been sprayed into the wheel wells for extra protection
This gives the body sound dampening as well as strength. It also has heat resistance and viscoelasticity to prevent breakage
